June 25th is our Government Affairs Advisory Council Meeting. WeMAR members may attend for free. We start with a Big Project update, then discuss issues and new laws affecting you and your clients. Finally, our lunch & learn guest will be Alan Langston from AZREIA. This is a free event, but we ask you to register so that we have lunch for all.

WeMAR will be asking the City of Surprise to change their ordinance regarding the mandate REALTORS® must carry the Luke AFB map at all times. If you would be interested in this task force, please email or call me.

NFIP Extension – On June 6th, the National Flood Insurance Program was extended to Sept, 30, 2019.

On June 10th, NAR filed an Amicus Brief defending the Department of Labor rules on Association Health Plans.
