Registration is now open for the Southwest Valley HOA Academy being held at City of Goodyear City Hall on March 22, 2017, 8am-12noon.
The Cities of Avondale, Buckeye and Goodyear are sponsoring this free class. The class will provide information on HOA Boards of Directors duties and characteristics. It will also provide information on rental laws in community associations.
