If you are in the MAG (Maricopa Association of Governments) planning area, then you and your clients will want to look at the Land Use Explorer tool. The MAG planning area includes Maricopa and Pinal counties.
This is an interactive map that allows you to view the land use and density over Maricopa and Pinal Counties. If you choose to select a specific city or town overlay, you will be able to see developments completed, in process and active.
