WeSERV Government Affairs is working to provide needed and wanted input on the housing needs for the City of Eloy and Pinal County.
Thanks to a grant from NAR, we have already surveyed the public. But now it is your turn to help us gather more information on housing needs today and for the next several years as Pinal County and Eloy move from agriculture to industrial.
Thousands of jobs are being created. Where will those wager earners live? Where will young adults and older adults live? Will families have housing that promotes their needs?
You can help bring valuable insight into the housing question by responding to the WeSERV Government Affairs Housing Demand Survey for Members. We also have a survey for your clients (commercial, residential and agriculture), and for employers – those who are already located in Pinal and those who are coming.
Help spread the word and distribute the survey links so WeSERV can provide the City of Eloy and the County of Pinal with the housing product information they need in order to plan the housing the community needs and wants.
