Today Governor Ducey announced his Executive Order 2021-06, the lifting of requirements under his 2020-43,2020-09, 2020-36, 2020-40, 2020-47, 2020-52 and 2020-59 Executive Orders and rescinded those orders.
No county, city or town may make or issue any order, rule or regulation including requirements for face covering and existing rules will be phased out.
Events of more than 50 people no longer require approval of local officials.
Businesses can read the recommendations and decide which if any they choose to implement within their own business.
