ADWR (Arizona Department of Water Resources) has announced applications to preserve grandfathered water rights may now be submitted online.
Applications for Grandfathered rights, Type 1 Non-Irrigation Rights and Type 2 Non-Irrigation Rights must be submitted to ADWR by March 1, 2024.
The entire application process can be completed online. If you find you need help or have questions, ADWR online staff are available Tuesdays from 3pm to 4pm (Meeting Calendar to schedule your appointment) or you may call (602-771-8585) or email the department (EARP@azwater.gov).
