Supervisor Hickman represents District 4 which includes Avondale, Buckeye, El Mirage, Glendale, Goodyear, Peoria, Litchfield Park, Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise, Wickenburg and Youngtown.
Supervisor Gallardo represents District 5 which includes Avondale, Buckeye, Gila Bend, Gila River Indian Community, Glendale, Goodyear, Phoenix and Tolleson.
