Free PMC workshops at DOR (2023):

Every month the Arizona Department of Revenue holds live, virtual TPT workshops for property managers. The Department holds regular TPT workshops for property owners as well.
There are three PMC workshops you may attend:
Workshop #1 – Licensing and Power of Attorney (POA)
Workshop #2 – Engaging, Disengaging and More
Workshop #3 – File, Pay, Amend and More

This is your opportunity to ask questions and learn about the newest changes to the TPT system for PMCs.
Does your rental property owner client know what TPT is? or their responsibilities? If not, you may wish to direct your client to the rental property owner workshops.
The rental property owner workshop is three hours of taxable activities, licensing requirements, how to work with a property manager, and more.
Register for the workshop/s on the DOR (Dept. of Revenue) website.
Encourage your client to register and attend this important and informative virtual live workshop. Property owners will be able to ask their questions of DOR personnel and better understand working with a property manager.
