Arizona’s New Laws – Mid Way Through the Session

The Arizona State Legislature is a bit more than 70 days into the legislative session and currently there are 89 new laws passed by the Legislature and signed by the Governor (3/29/21).

New laws take effect 90 days after the legislative session, unless the bill stipulates a different effective date. Here are a few of those laws I thought you might be interested in knowing.
