On August 15, 2017 Liz Recchia (WeMAR GAD), Nate Brill (Realty ONE Group), and Michelle Aslesky (Owner: Design with Cents) made remarks regarding Surprise’s temporary signage ordinance. A-Frames are not allowed and only one “Open House” sign is allowed.
Currently, we anticipate this question will be discussed at the September 5, 2017 City Council meeting. Members are encouraged to check the City Website the morning of September 5th to confirm this will be an agenda item. Attend the meeting or write your Councilmember.
The morning of Sept. 5th, Mayor Wolcott will be our guest at Coffee with the Mayor. She is planning to give us a sign ordinance update.
