“The Spine” is the transportation corridor of I-17 from North Loop 101 to I-10 at the south loop of the 202. MAG (Maricopa Association of Governments) has named this major transportation corridor “The Spine” because it is the backbone for transportation in the Phoenix Metro area.
The study was conducted by MAG, the Federal Highway Administration and ADOT. Public input is being sought for this proposed master plan. Public open houses are scheduled throughout January 2017. Open house dates, times and materials are available on the Maricopa Association of Governments website.
MAG currently has a limited time offer: $100 per household that completes the travel study.
