State Representative Don Shooter Expelled – LD 13 Seat Vacant

On February 1, 2018 the Arizona House of Representatives voted to expel Representative Don Shooter because of violations of workplace harassment policies.

The Republican Party must identify three qualified electors within 5 days.

Read the letter of notification to the Secretary of State as well as House Resolution 2003 expelling Mr. Shooter.
