WeSERV has been interacting with the Arizona Department of Revenue for several years now. At one point we had identified 38 specific issues negatively affecting Property Managers (PMC). The department has been working on several of these issues and given consideration to WeSERV’s input and suggestions.
Going forward we will highlight positive changes in DOR processes along with helpful and useful resources they have created for the PMC community.
Today we start with the PMC specific webpage. Designed with PMCs in mind it brings together in one location information, checklists, video tutorials and forms frequently used by PMCs.
The staff has created a helpful video welcoming PMCs and outlining frequently needed resources such as: Residential Rentals, For Property Owners page with business licensing requirements, and the PMC page. You will also learn more about the PMC workshops and videos.
