You may not have realized it, but the City of Glendale is taking the opportunity of updating its entire zoning code while updating its City Plan.
Now is your opportunity to provide your input and feedback on proposed zoning changes to:
Land use, development, signage, parking both residential and commercial, landscaping, setbacks, secondary structures such as sheds, medical marijuana, vehicles, home occupations, residential rental property, nuisances, and more.
The City of Glendale has created a website dedicated to the updating the community on the new code process and progress. You can access the fact sheet and presentation slides from the February 26, 2020 meeting as well.
