HUD announce on February 16, 2021 it is extending foreclosure and eviction moratoria to June 30, 2021.
VA Extends moratoria to June 30, 2021.
USDA Extends moratoria to June 30, 2021.

Update Feb. 15, 2021

FHFA announced Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac moratorium extended to March 31, 2021.

Update Feb. 1, 2021:

CDC extends moratorium to March 31, 2021

Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac extend to February 28, 2021

While the Arizona specific Residential Rental Moratorium issued by Governor Ducey expired several months ago, the CDC issued its own Residential Rental Moratorium in September.

That CDC moratorium has been extended to January 31, 2021. Watch the CDC website to see if they extend it longer.

FHA has extended its single family borrower foreclosure and eviction moratorium to February 28, 2021.

FHFA also extended the foreclosure and eviction moratorium for residential borrowers with Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac loans to January 31, 2021.

The USDA announced the extension of its residential foreclosure and eviction moratorium to February 28, 2021.

It is important to remember, these moratoria apply to those negatively affected by COVID-19. Tenants and property owners should make sure they read the parameters and processes to secure their rights under the foreclosure or eviction mortarium applicable to them.
