@CAPArizona Dennis Rule explained who pays for the groundwater replenishment program in Arizona and who the West Valley members are at the Water Summit on May 30th.
West Valley Member Service areas include El Mirage, Surprise, Goodyear and Avondale. In addition there are over 550 member land subdivisions. Basically if not for the Groundwater Replenishment District, there wouldn’t be much development in the West Valley.
